Micah and Chelsea Gay are the lead pastors of High Praise Crestview. With more than 15 years of full-time ministry experience, they have dedicated their lives to helping people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover their God-given purpose. Before launching High Praise Crestview in 2020, they served for nearly a decade as associate pastors, worship leaders, youth pastors, and children's pastors at High Praise in Panama City, Florida.

Micah and Chelsea are childhood sweethearts who have been married for 14 years and are raising their three children, Levi, Gideon, and Reagan. Their passion for family and the next generation is woven into everything they do. They believe the local church should be a place where people of every age can experience the transforming power of God and build lasting relationships that strengthen families and communities. Their vision is to cultivate a church filled with the presence and power of the Holy Spirit where people from every generation, race, and background feel welcomed and valued. Through passionate worship, the uncompromised preaching of God's Word, and authentic community, they desire to see lives transformed, families restored, and people empowered to impact their homes, workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods for Jesus.
